Discounts & Scholarship Opportunities


Senior Discount 

Senior citizens aged 60+ are invited to participate in Recreation Department sponsored classes and receive a $10.00 discount on each class you register for. Take advantage and join us for some fun!  Request for discount must be made at the time of registration.  Refunds will not be issued for previous payments.

Military Discount

In recognition of their service to our country, the Clifton Recreation Department offers a $10 discount on classes, one day workshops and summer programs (summer program trips, special events & specialty camps are excluded from the discount) for children of Clifton residents currently serving as an enlisted personnel or officer in the United States Armed Forces,  Reserves or National Guard.  Registration must be done in person at the Clifton Recreation Department and a copy of the service members orders must be shown at time of registration.


Summer Scholarship

Summer program scholarships are available for Clifton residents and are only available for the 6 week Summer Program not for trips, special events, specialty camps or classes.  If you are in need of assistance in paying for summer programs, please contact the Recreation Department for more information at 973-470-5956.
