Yoga is a great way to keep your body and mind in perfect harmony. The focus of the class is about gaining flexibility, balance and strength at any age. This class is organized around a Yoga practice which stresses: a slow and gentle pace, simplicity and attention, and letting go on any exceptions or presumptions of what yoga is in relationship to age. Taught with props to help ease the student into asana or pose.  Instruction by: James Mokarry, Shiva Shanti Yoga Certified RYT 200HR and Charlotte Stone chair certification.  Limit is 12 per class.
