Family Trip - Clifton Historical Committee "Clifton History Bus Tour"

Join the Clifton Historical Committee for a 2-hour bus trip as they provide a guided tour of many landmarks throughout the city that have played an important role in Clifton's historical foundation. Some of the sites include: The Richfield Farmhouse (1932); Schultheis Farms (1857);  Gorny & Gorny House (1889); St. Paul's Church (1937); Sacred Heart Church (1897); Dundee Dam (1857); Deluxe Cleaners (1936); and much more. The final landmark visit will be at the Hamilton-Van Wagoner House Museum where participants can enjoy some cake and coffee before boarding back on the bus to return to their vehicles. The cost is $15.00 per adult and $5.00 per child. The trip will depart from the Lester Herrschaft Senior  Center (Dog Pound Road) at the City Hall Complex (900 Clifton Ave.) at 1:00 p.m. and will return to the same location between 3:30 - 4:00 p.m.  Participants will be transported by the City of Clifton transportation department. Seating is limited. Register online or at the Recreation Office.  Online registration ends 5/2/19 or earlier if bus is filled.
