From Couch Potato to Hot Potato

Go from couch potato to hot potato in this 8 week class. Have fun while you challenge yourself to get fit and feel healthy!  This strategically designed class is great for beginners and combines various training styles, including resistance training, cardio, flexibility, agility, high/low impact strength and athletic conditioning, circuit training, and core conditioning all while learning proper walking/running mechanics and working toward the goal of completing a local 5K! You will enjoy dramatic improvements in your physical well-being and self-confidence! Participants must bring a mat and light weights to the program (4-8 lbs. depending on comfort level). No senior discount available for this class.  Instruction by: Donna Meeker-O'Rourke, MPH, ACE Certified Personal Trainer- DMO Fitness.  Limit is 20 per class.
