Join this fun workout that has been getting rave reviews for years! It's the perfect combination of invigorating music and easy fun movement that doesn't feel like a workout. You don't have to know how to dance either! This 6-week class combines fun, exciting upbeat music featuring all different styles of dance including: contemporary, belly, Latin, hip hop, jazz, ballet, country, and much more. Whether you're trying to lose weight or just stay in shape, this class is perfect for you!  Instruction by: Meriterese Racanelli.  Limit is 16 per class.
