Cardio-Kickboxing - Teen & Adult

This 6-week 45 minute class is designed to help you burn calories in a shorter amount of time. Great if you are trying to lose weight and use muscles that you do not use during everyday activities. Classes include light stretching and warm-up exercises. The instructor guides you every step of the way through numerous easy fun movement and punch-kick combinations to get your body in shape quicker. Fun lively music. Instruction by: Meriterese Racanelli, MS. Limit is 20 per class.
