Chair Yoga - Adults

Chair yoga is a gentle form of yoga that is practiced sitting on a chair, or standing using a chair for support. This class will cover standing, seated and prone postures, and will not include complicated maneuvers or complex movements. Chair yoga can be enjoyed by adults of all skill levels, as it deepens flexibility, strengthens personal body awareness, and promotes physical and mental fitness. Instruction by: James Mokarry, Shiva Shanti Yoga Certified RYT 200HR and Charlotte Stone Yoga. Limit is 12 per class.
