Calling all designers – are you ready to stop buying other people's designs and start creating your own? If yes , this is the camp for you! This summer we are putting on our creative hats and designing the hottest new looks. From sketching to final fitting, you will learn all of the ins and outs of how to make your very own couture pieces! Each camper will design, sketch, and create 2 wearable garments (like skirts, shorts and shirts) and at least one accessory (tote bags, scarves, headbands) to complete a head to toe look! Everything is done by hand, sewing, measuring, cutting, decorating, adding seams, appliqué's and fringe. We will teach you how to do it all! Of course the best part of fashion design is showing it off, so we'll have a real runway fashion show for friends and family so you can show off your work!
